Request a site or feature
Grablet is shaped by what people actually ask for. Every request is read by a human.
Email support@grablet.app — or use one of the prefilled links below, which fill in the subject and the details we need.
Ask for a website
Tell us the site and, if you can, a link to a page with the media you wanted to save. That single link is the most useful thing you can send: it lets us reproduce the exact case rather than guess.
Ask for a feature
Tell us what you were trying to do and where Grablet got in the way. Problems are more useful than proposed solutions — we can usually find a better fix once we understand the goal.
Report something broken
If a site used to work and stopped, that is usually the site changing how it delivers media, and it is the kind of thing we fix quickly. Send the site address and what you expected — see Support for the details that help most.
What happens next
- Every request is read. Common ones move to the top of the list.
- We will not always say yes: some sites deliver media in ways no extension can read, and some are off limits on purpose (YouTube, and anything DRM-protected). We would rather tell you plainly than leave you waiting.
- Requesting is free and always will be — it is how the roadmap gets written.
Your privacy
A request is an ordinary email, so we see whatever you choose to put in it. Grablet itself still collects nothing — see the privacy policy. Please do not send anything confidential.
